Service

These terms apply to all users of AUTH.GAMES, operated by [Company Placeholder], Germany. By registering and using the service, you accept these terms.

AUTH.GAMES provides the following services:

• Identity management and user authentication (OIDC / OAuth 2.0)
• Single Sign-On (SSO) for connected applications
• Privacy Vault for managing third-party access
• Audit logging and security monitoring
• Developer API for registered partner companies

Registration is required to use the service. You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited.

You agree not to misuse the service. The following is prohibited:

• Use for illegal purposes or distribution of illegal content
• Automated mass requests without prior approval
• Reverse engineering or unauthorized access to system components
• Registration of fake accounts or identity abuse
• Sharing API keys or credentials with third parties

Companies using the AUTH.GAMES API as an OAuth client are subject to the Partner Guidelines. Applications must be approved before activation. We reserve the right to reject or deactivate applications for violations of these terms.

We strive for high availability but provide no guarantee for uninterrupted operation. Outages due to force majeure or technical failures do not entitle users to compensation.

AUTH.GAMES is not liable for indirect damages or data loss unless caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the relevant billing month.

You can delete your account at any time via Dashboard Settings. We may suspend accounts for serious violations. Data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Significant changes are announced 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

The laws of Germany apply. Exclusive jurisdiction is [Jurisdiction Placeholder], to the extent permitted by law.
